Q. Do I own my website?
A. Absolutely! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. We do reserve the right to use the websites we build in our portfolio, however, that is also entirely up to you. Your business. Your website. Built for you, from us with love.
Q. What is the typical timeline for a project?
A. Timelines depend on the full scope of work involved. However, most of our projects range from 3-4 weeks to 2 months. We also offer rush delivery and have a library of already built template websites that carry a turn-around time of 3-4 days.
Q. How much does a website cost?
A. Our website design pricing start at $999 for a 5 page custom designed site and $249 for an optimized one page template site.
Q. How does the payment process work?
A. Our projects start with a 50% deposit. When we have design and content approved, we collect 25%. Once we have completed and fulfilled our scope, the final 25% is collected and your website is then scheduled for launch.
Q. Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?
A. All of our website design and development projects come with 30 day free website maintenance after launch. We also offer retainer services based on monthly, quarterly and annual packages. Contact us to learn more.

Q. What is the difference between website design and website development?
A. Design is the structure and layout of your website. The development is the builder for your site and provides the foundation and functionality for your website.

A. This is a great question to ask and you should ask it of any web design and development agency you are considering, as many of them hand off work to freelancers or interns and often times, you as the customer never get the opportunity to speak to the individual actually creating their site.
We don't think that's right. At Compass, the people who you work and communicate with will be the same people actually doing the work as well.

A. Yes. We include copy writing and editing in all of our proposals as well as offer content marketing and blogging services.

Q. Can you help me source photos for my website?
A. Yes. We can help you source stock photos from free and paid stock photo sites. We also have photographers and videographers available to produce custom photography and videos for your website.

A. The better question is, how much do you value the website you just built or have? Not investing in SEO strategies is exactly like building a store front and then never stocking any inventory.
